Sushi Roll

The sushi now loved by many people all over the world is created from the harmonious combination of the carefully cooked rice and fillings.
Washing the rice, cooking the rice, mixing the vinegar. Preparing the filling, rolling the sushi. For every step we will carefully teach you with details, providing small but important tips as we go.
One person will be using 5 cups of rice, will cook teriyaki chicken, sweetened egg omelette, prawns, tuna, learn how to cut them as well as avocados, cucumbers and Japanese pickled radish (ingredients subject to vary). You will finish the class with 80 ~ 90 pieces of sushi, as well as some inside out rolls and hand rolls.
We will keep you busy cooking all the ingredients and rolling the sushi. Making this amount of sushi will give you all the experience and confidence you need to roll sushi at home yourself.

I did the sushi class and Coco and her daughter were amazing, the lesson was very thorough and my family loved the sushi I made in this class. It was well worth the money spent on the class, I am looking forward to my next class.

Fantastic sushi class with Kyoko, we learnt a lot of invaluable tips and felt confidently armed with more than enough sushi knowledge to go home and try it ourselves straight away! The small class was great. Fun, informative, delicious. Highly recommended.

I learned a great deal which made me want to continue the skills at home. The class ran overtime and I couldnt stay overtime therefore don't plan anything immediately after the class so you can finish everything off 🙂

The class was extremely informative, simple to follow and the results were fantastic. You realise the best tasting sushi is the one you can make yourself. Kyoko's cooking tips and tricks are skills I will use for life (and not just in sushi-making)!

I learnt a lot and the teacher aka sensei Kyoto shared a lot of tips on how to make the prefect sushi..the highlight of the lesson is when i learnt how to make a good sushi vinegar. Thank you Sensei Kyoto teaching me..will definitely go for the other lesson
